Information we collect
Information you give us. When you book a free audit, send a message or email us, you may share your name, practice name, website, email address, phone number and anything you write to us.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours records basic usage data such as the pages you visit, your approximate location, your device and browser, and how you found us.
How we use it
To reply to you, schedule and run your audit, and provide our services.
To prepare your audit, using publicly available information about your practice, such as your website, Google listing, reviews and social media.
To understand how our website is used and improve it.
We don’t sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run Dentolyx, such as Framer (our website and forms) and Google Workspace (email, scheduling and Google Meet video calls). They may use it only to provide their services to us. We may also share information when the law requires it.
Cookies and advertising
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to work properly and to measure visits. We don’t currently use advertising cookies. If we add tools such as the Meta Pixel or a Google tag to measure ads, we’ll update this page first. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to respond to you and provide our services. After that we delete it, unless we’re required to keep it by law.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time by emailing team@dentolyx.com. If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, to ask us to delete or correct it, and not to be treated differently for using these rights. We don’t sell or share personal information for targeted advertising.
Patient health information
Our website is for practice owners and staff. Please don’t send patient health information through our forms or by email.
Children
Our website isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
